The Serious Steel Fitness Hip and Glute bands were initially designed for lower body movements such as squats, hip mobility, and dynamic warmups. Over time, however, this versatile tool has found many more applications. Hip & Glute Bands are now used for push-up training, helping athletes cue their knees during squats to improve form, developing overall glute strength, and as a safe addition to rehabilitation training.

The Hip and Glute band is the ideal tool to warm up hips, hip flexors, glutes, and more prior to a workout. Adding the band to your ankles and performing monster walks, lateral walks, or lunges helps prepare the user for an injury-free workout.

Serious Steel offers three tension levels to accommodate users of all skill levels. The Light/Beginner Tension band is perfect for those just starting lower body workouts or returning to training after an injury.
